Welcome to the home of the Impalas U14s!
We are incredibly proud to be heading into only our second season and building on the momentum from our debut year.
This is more than just a team, it’s an inclusive and fun environment where every girl is encouraged to challenge herself, develop her skills, and make lifelong friends. So whether you've played before or are picking up a rugby ball for the very first time, you are always welcome here!

Training & Socials
We train every Wednesday evening from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM right here at The Stute, and play matches or train on Sundays from 1pm onwards.

Rugby isn't just about what happens on the pitch! We have a fantastic calendar of team events to celebrate our efforts, including regular social gatherings, our much anticipated End of Season Awards Night, and our exciting End of Season Tour!
