The Stute is reopening – July 10th 4pm
Dear all, thank you, for your continued support and patience during this difficult period.
Booking and capacity
We have worked hard planning the seating both inside and outside to make sure that it is safe and reflects the social distancing requirements set by the government. Due to these measures, we now have a reduced capacity. Whilst you can still turn up and wait to be seated, we would strongly advise that you book with Carol before coming down. Carol can be reached on 07738 242112. Please sympathise that If we do not have room, then we cannot let you in.
One-way system
The front entrance will be locked for the foreseeable future to help protect those waiting for the toilets.
Entrance to the clubhouse will now be done via the side entrance to the left of The Stute, where there is now a place to queue. You will also come in this way to use the main toilets in the lobby too.
Exit from the clubhouse to the outside will now be done via the rear doors (no re-entry via this way)
Exit from the site, will again be via the side gate to the left of the clubhouse (not the gates that access the pitches/changing room, which will remain closed).
New Opening Hours
Our new opening hours, for the time being, will be:
Friday 16:00-23:00
Saturday 14:00-23:00
Sunday 12:00-21:00
Registration
A member of staff will ask you to register each time you come to The Stute, we will require:
• The name of each person in your party
• A contact telephone number for a member of your party
Cleaning and hygiene
Please use the hand sanitiser, that is conveniently placed around The Stute, regularly during your visit. Our staff will clean each table group as it becomes available, as well as regularly cleaning frequently touched items during opening times. The clubhouse will be comprehensively cleaned between opening days.
Drinks will be served in disposable glasses for the time being.
Toilets
Only the main toilets in the lobby will be used under a strict one at a time policy. There is a queuing system in place, so please follow this. These toilets have been altered to be as safe as possible, with sanitiser on the way in, whilst the flushes and taps have been changed to handsfree.
Children
Children are at all times the responsibility of the parents/guardians that bring them along to The Stute. In order for social distancing to work, children must remain with the group they are booked/seated with at all times.
TV Sport
We will not be showing Sky or BT sport until at least the new football season, however this will be reviewed every month.
Signage
Please help us by always reading signs and guidance that we have put in place or handed to you. As mentioned, this may change from time to time, so please help us by rereading all this material every time you visit us to make sure you are aware of the current procedures.
