VIA GMS
Please log onto your Rugby England GMS account (parent if for a child).
Adult Player/Member - You will see an option on your dashboard to Buy Membership
Child Player - When the parent logs onto their own account, select which child you wish to buy a membership for, then select Buy Membership once on that child's page.
You will be offered options to pay in one single payment or monthly by Direct Debit.

OVER THE BAR
You can also pay over the bar if paying in one single payment. This can be done in cash or by card.

FULL SENIOR SUBSCRIPTION
£250 in one payment or £20.84 DD per month over 12 months

FULL JUNIOR/MINI SUBSCRIPTION
£220 in one payment or £20 DD per month over 12 months
U7-U18 (excluding U6s)
Proxy voting for parent/guardian if member is under 18, and full benefits

REDUCED SUBSCRIPTION
£132 in one payment or DD £12 per month over 12 months
a. full time student over 18
b. unemployed
c. 2nd U7-U18 family member when another child already has a full junior subscription

Terms and Conditions
1. All subs are expected to be fully paid or DD set up by the end of September. Any subs due after this time will be expected to be paid in full.
2. DD payments are deliberately spread over 12 months and not just "the season"to help affordability. A month's notice is required to stop this payment subject to the discretion of the Rugby Management Committee
3. Junior/Min Subs to be reduced if joining the club for the 1st time after Christmas (excludes monthly payments).
4. The Exec Com may produce a dated list of members who have paid to be made public on a board in the clubhouse
5. Any cases of hardship and exceptions will be happily considered by the Exec Com
